Refund Policy
If you are accepted and cancel your registration before April 30th, 2012, a full refund less a $200.00 ($150.00 for Senior Program) administrative service fee will be made.
No refunds will be made after this date. Please be advised that if you cancel after April 30th, you will not get any payment refunded to you as we have already booked the necessary accomodations for you!
